I just wanted to email you as I have read the Facebook posts and became aware of this through friends in the industry.
My dog Remy and I are customers of Banfield, Stamford. We came back to that location because of you and your honesty regarding Remy's ears.
You took the time to explain exactly what was going on, why and what we can do to correct it, which no other vet has done. They simply kept prescribing the same expensive medicine over and over which never cured him. Your insight saved us grief and money along with keeping our Remy healthy and happy. I am still currently a customer of Banfield as I purchased insurance through them, but I am extremely disgusted by what they're doing. I do not think anyone at that facility truly cares about the well-being of my dog to be honest and don't know what to do because his ear care can become very costly.
I want to wish you luck. Hopefully this will be settled and you'll be practicing again. Once you do, I would be more than happy to be a customer--hoping that is soon!
